First impressions of Mr Connell were very positive. He was friendly and listened to my medical history regarding incontinence problems and why I had got to the stage I have and what could be done to help me. I felt very reassured that, at last, something can be done to help me. Although I will be unable to continue seeing him at KIMS, as an NHS patient, if the wait is long at Medway Hospital as a member of Benenden I will, hopefully, arrange an appointment to see him there. I would definitely recommend Mr Connell.
