Every bit of care & interaction that Mr Connell had with me was beyond excellent. I've had a lot of medical care over my whole life & seen how amazing our medical teams are in many situations. But I live with communication difficulties & anxiety, including PTSD from previous medical treatments I've endured. I came to Mr Connell scared & asking for a procedure that was effecting my lifestyle & confidence. He could have told me that it wasn't needed. But he gave me support without me needing to ask for it, or explain myself. All the staff around him clearly enjoy working with him & hold him in high regard. Which, from my experience is well deserved. Although one sister did mention that he's very hard working & could possibly do with taking a longer lunch break. So if there's anything to improve on, maybe it's that he offers himself the good treatment he gives to his team & patients. But perhaps that's me being ignorant of the workload he's working with.
