When I first met Rowan for my very first consultation (during Covid) it was a pleasant experience. He made me feel relaxed and calm. He explained my procedure thoroughly and I left the consultation feeling much more satisfied and knowledgeable. He has a very nice way with him that makes you feel confident with the odd but if humour added into the conversation. We met just before my operation and he thoroughly explained everything.
